SHOWER ENCLOSURE GLASS · OEM RFQ

How to Prepare an RFQ for Shower Enclosure Glass

For shower glass, width, height and a note such as “8 mm tempered” are often not enough for serial or custom production. Hardware and processing details should be tied to a drawing.

Which dimensions are required?

In addition to finished width and height, corner radii, special geometry and tolerances should be shown on the technical drawing where relevant.

How should holes and hinge details be specified?

Handle, hinge, fixing and accessory holes should be located by coordinates, diameters and edge distances.

Why specify edgework?

Grinding/polishing type, visible edge quality and corner finish affect both appearance and downstream tempering.

How should frosted, tinted or printed finishes be defined?

Surface reference, colour, print coverage, opacity and sample expectations should be separate RFQ inputs.

What else is needed for OEM serial orders?

Quantity by model, packing, labelling, branding, accessory matching and delivery schedule materially affect serial-production quotations.
