A promising opportunity is not always executable. Start with five questions that bring product, market, counterparty and commercial terms into one frame.
An opportunity looking exciting does not mean it is commercially ready. The first assessment must put the right product, buyer, verifiable counterparty and workable terms on the same table.
This checklist continues the second Instagram post. If one answer is unclear, complete the missing evidence before making a decision.
FIRST CHECK
These questions do not decide whether an offer is good or bad on their own. They make missing information and the next research step visible.
If specifications, quality level, packaging, minimum order and intended use are unclear, offers cannot be compared.
Product definition and specificationTarget country, buyer type, demand signal, competition and market-entry conditions must come from research, not assumptions.
Target market and buyer profileCapacity, production reality, quality standard, documents, track record and delivery ability must be checked together.
Verifiable counterpartyPrice alone is not a decision. Payment, delivery, documents, logistics, currency and risk must be assessed together.
Comparable offerThe owner and timing of the next step—sample, RFQ, verification, negotiation or pilot order—must be clear.
Executable actionDECISION POINT
If the product and market are clear but the supplier, documents, offer or delivery model are not, the issue is more than price research. Verification, comparison and coordination need to be handled together.
